Born and raised in Hamilton’s Kirkendall neighbourhood, Ann’s real estate education began at a young age, as she admired the area’s many beautiful heritage homes. Attending nearby Western University, and later Fanshawe College for Interior Design allowed her to keep an eye on the market while adding to her credentials, so that when she completed her studies, she was ready to dive in.

Licenced in 2012, Ann is an Accredited Senior Agent, and has owned, managed, renovated, and designed home interiors throughout the Hamilton area. This holistic understanding of the market sets her apart. The emotions, necessities, and circumstances of each sale and purchase are unique, and Ann shines in understanding what she needs to bring to each. She knows no two days in the industry are the same.
