There were many instances where he picked up on things that we wouldn’t have – most notably when he advocated for specialized inspections when viewing specific properties that turned out to be very important.

3. Network – Luke has a great network of local trusted contractors. He is able to get immediate consults or estimates on work required for a home that made our buying decisions much more informed.

4. Diligence – Luke leaves no stone unturned, and is able to pick up on issues quickly. We also found that he was very attentive to making sure we had all of our boxed checked prior to closing. He was immediately responsive at all times which was very appreciated as we were working with a narrow buying window.
